About Us

Future Leaders Impact and Development Nigeria (“FLI”) is a non-governmental  organization (NGO) based in Nigeria with a mission to promote job creation and  foster youth engagement. Established in 2018, with a mission set to empower the  Nigerian youth by creating sustainable job opportunities and promoting their  active engagement in society. We have demonstrated this through initiatives such  as skill development trainings and thought -leadership conference, where we connect young people to industry experts  through panel discussion centered around various issues such as: education, unemployment, recycling, public infrastructure services etc.
