Our vision is to create a Nigeria where young people are empowered, employed,  and actively participating in decision-making processes, thereby contributing to  the country’s sustainable development and progress.  

• Expanding our impact to reach more young Nigerians by leveraging additional internal resources to create employment opportunities through strategic partnerships with leaders from both the public and private sectors.
• Curating skill development trainings that are aligned with the future of work, to prepare young Nigerians with the realities of an ever-changing job market.
• Generate 1,000 sustainable job opportunities for young people across various sectors.
• Train and equip 1,000 individuals with in-demand skills, enabling them to secure employment or start their own businesses.
• Engage 2,000 youth in community development initiatives, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Advocating for and influencing three policy changes through collaborative efforts with UNICEF Generation Unlimited (GenU), ensuring the implementation of youth-centric policies.
